Having some trouble uploading mines... I click on COPY FROM USB then it says CHECKING USB DEVICE PLEASE WAIT...

Then it says: UNABLE TO FIND ANY IMAGES. PLEASE REVIEW THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR INFORMATION ON WHAT FILE TYPES ARE SUPPORTED.

I have them listed as JPG image files already. Could it just be my usb stick?

Thanks for the video TrueDat96 it was helpful. Key point to make it work was you have to set the file name to Image & not IMAGES...

Now does anyone know how to re-size the image to make it fit completely on the screen? Sorry im a noob haha!

You could use an online tool to resize the image then copy to USB and upload.

These resolutions will fit the best:

1280x720
1366x768
1600x900
1920x1080

Our navigation screen is a 16:9 aspect ratio based on my testing

Very important information, the USB stick has to be set to FAT32 and not NTFS or else the car won't detect it.

I made this one up this afternoon using various pics online. Doesn't fill the screen on my 2017 IS... will try and play with various resolutions. Will likely look fine on the old IS models that have the smaller screens.
