Extra credit for anyone brave enough to wrangle with the front dome assembly as even after I removed the 2 screws from the sunglasses holder I still couldn't pull it down. Turns out I didn't even need to do that to get the lens off.

Dr. J, I am confused. You already replaced the front dome lights without removing any screws. Why are you removing the front dome assembly?

You know those 2 very tiny accent lights that illuminate the center console? I'd like to change those.

You might find this amusing but my ES350 loaner had not only an LED dome light in 5k but it was also a "touch" lamp assembly! Nuts! I wish the LS had that. And oddly enough the door lights were an ugly orange color. Weird huh?

Did you get a chance to confirm the style of bulbs for your dome lights? Are all the interior lights LED? I just realized the vanity lights are halogen F&R in the 2014.

I haven't. I'm down in FL and the cars in MD lol

All the interior cabin lights are LED in the 2015

Got my rear LED in today and swapped it out in 5 minutes. Here's what it looks like. Now all my lights match.

I'd say the light out is the same or slightly better. There's plenty of room in there for one of those LED panel/board set up if you want the maximum light back there. This is a good amount of light for me. I don't need my guests hopping into an operating room back there, I like the subtle approach.

It's not really "flickering", just imagine a light that goes from 100-75-50-25-0% rather than a halogen that reduces light by 100-90-80-70-60-50-40-30-20-10-0%

Really happy now that all my interior LEDs are 6000k.

Great! Are you planning to swap out the trunk lights? The OEM bulbs are pretty dim.
