so I went to the Lexus dealership today and saw the IS in person, it was the most beautiful car I've ever seen in person. It's actually the perfect size for me even at my height adjustments in the front seat for the people on the backseats to be comfortable. The GS is a very nice car, but the IS is so much more sporty, and that's what made me choose it. Also I just found out the backseats fold-down which is a good thing for me. Ill officially be a member of the 3IS family in may 2017!! maybe I'll buy GS in my 20s haha. oh lol and i took some pictures, The dealership I stopped at was Lexus of Bridgewater

Good choice! I love the looks of the IS way more than the GS and it feels more sporty. Have you checked out the Q50S? They are gonna have a 400hp option

You should get a beater for a year and then upgrade to whatever your heart desires. New drivers always make mistakes.

Also, my vote goes for the IS as well at your age.

no offense, but you're asking what car to buy over a year in advance?? so many new cars will come out between now and then. you're also a teenager, you'll change your mind many times
