Once I find my GS luxury AWD model I'll be getting these 20" CV7s. I've been combing these forums and the search bar is my friend and I fell in love with this look of the gs luxury model on 20s CV7s with no drop
I'll be driving mostly in a city with pot holes galore. Hamilton
I am a newbie so I would like to request specific info tailored to my situation.
Lots of potholes
I will be driving a lot. I am keen on preservation of the vehicle. I am not a performance driven junkie.
I see everyone lives by having a staggered setup of 9s and 10.5s.
I do want my car to look boss..
I also like the idea of being able to rotate my tires
is this correct? - a staggered setup, rims can be switched from side to side with NON- directional tread and you shouldn't buy a tire with directional tread if you'd like to be able to rotate your tires.
Could my car still look awesome not having a staggered setup and sticking the back tires out with a higher offset?
Does having a staggered setup put more strain on the transmission in an AWD car?
Would I have any problems swapping between a staggered set of 20s and my factory 18s with winter tires?
Thank you

I have 20" Vossen CV4's in a squared set up so that I can rotate them. Lots of pot holes where I drive and so far I haven't had any issues with my wheels or my car. I went with 20x9 all the way around with no drop.

What size offsets did you use to make the wheels square? The car looks great!
