Judging from their higher mass ratios, looks like the biggest gains are from the tires and wheels due to the mass from the center of the hub. This was expected. Not much gains from lug nuts (lol), brakes, driveshafts, etc

Just about anything from Volks forged lines (including the aforementioned TE37's) will come in around 20-22lbs a piece.

TWS (read not TSW) also make some unreal wheels.
+1 for TWS... #thosethatknow but can never go wrong with TE37s...I'm glad more people are talking about weight reduction vs added power.

I bought and just received a set of the standard RCF wheels. I will be mounting them on my ISF. I weighed them and:

Front 9" = 25.5 lbs. - Rear 10" = 28.0 lbs.

Another member in the ISF Forum bought and weighed the Polished 20 spoke wheel and posted those weights in a thread in the ISF forum. I paraphrased his post and combined it with my findings:

And the Polished wheels are:

9" = 26.6 lbs
10" = 28.7 lbs

Polished wheels are a pound heavier in front and close to a pound in back.

I also posted this in another thread:

With the ISF, Lexus made the wheels corner specific (4 unique wheels per car). They have not done this with the RCF split 20 spoke wheels. So the wheels look different on one side of the car (trailing black spoke) than on the other side (leading black spoke). Anyone agree with me on this?

Those weights are not too bad for a stock forged wheels. The michelins are heavy tires. Weight can be saved by going to a light tire. I remember the Toyo T1-s being pretty light, but they are out of production

MPSS is one of the lightest tires with the largest contact patch available. If you have some time can you provide tires that are lighter? I'm searching now and was pretty set on MPSS but would
Love to investigate other options.

I'll see what I can do. Fact is a lot of tire manufacturers don't post weights. The data I used was from my G35 days when we were looking to free up power. I went with BBS RG-R at 18-20 lbs for a 18" wheels. I recall the MPS not MPSS being heavy. Give me some time to see what's out there.
