Default New interior colors for the Lexus LX and Land Cruiser

Seems Tan is available in some markets already for the LC

Lexus LX cabernet interior ( locally known as Garnet, been out since late August ). They headliner color is black now on darker interior models, previously it was grey. You also get an option of either black or beige headliner for the tan interior.

Meh...Bring back some REAL interiors. Today, most interiors look like funeral homes.

The LX color looks like Cabernet from the GS F Sport.

Doesn't suit the LX IMHO.

No, i don't think so. I know in Canada you can get the Tan interior. Don't think they get the Cabernet either.

The first round of pics above look like Flaxen, not tan or garnet. The ones below that are garnet.

The Land Cruiser has a very polished interior and the LX takes it up a notch. The first post pics looks to me like Saddle Tan.

It's well done but IMO looks really old compared to a new Range which just flows better to the eyes with IMO better materials...

It's time for them to completely change the look inside and out next generation...

Yeah I personally don't think the LC feels like an $80,000 car by any definition inside. $50,000 is more like it, if even. Fake wood...it just feels like a Toyota. It's a capable vehicle, and has a great history, but I'm dumbfounded as to why someone would buy one.

The LX is not really that much more, and money well spent if you want this vehicle. Even it needs an upgrade though as LexFather said.

The LC/LX basically have the same interior since 2007. They have just been slightly polished up. I can't wait to see what Toyota/Lexus has in the future for these awesome trucks.

This is how the LX looked when it was unveiled in April 2007.

Even in 2007 I don't think the LC felt like an $80,000 vehicle. Its a vehicle I just don't understand...

I can understand why would have difficulty in understanding the LC. I'm surprised they even still sell them in the States, i'm guessing the only reason they still do is because of its history and the fact it is one of the first Toyota vehicles to be sold in the US.

In my part of the world it starts at around $40k for the base model and we actually use them off road in very tough conditions and they are known to be the best vehicles you can rely on in the desert heat and they can survive abuse in very harsh climates even though they may look like mall Cruisers with every generation. The LC200/LX are by far the most common 4wd vehicles in my region and the only luxurious 4wd that can come close is the NISSAN PATROL. Excellent vehicles with amazing cooling systems and they can even handle abuse all day, the new ones have more electronics, but no one really complained yet.

However, my personal favorite is the 80 series and LX 450.
