Ok well I have a few more pics, but apparently it's taking me a bit to resize, but you can see them here. And this is after a rainy day as well! lol Can't see the tint cause the windows down obviously, but the whole package really looks good IMHO.

 

I like the wheels...you mind giving specs? Tire size, wheel width & offset? Any fitment issues...rub in turns or over harsh bumps/dips?

Well, even though I told her I was going to post the pics on here, she got upset about it. She says it wasn't my vehicle to post, so therefore the pics had to come down. Now she's calling me someone who's "all show" because I posted someone else's (hers) car on here. Not that she didn't know about any of this, but I guess conveniently forgot.

So to prove I'm a "man" to her, I'm apologizing to everyone for posting a car that isn't mine. My intentions were to to do nothing but share the experience and hobby of modifying a vehicle, learn about it, get to know some good people, discuss, share, etc. She's had modified cars in her past, but I guess she takes offense to this. She expressed interest in personalizing her vehicle with wheels, I did some research, found this site, found a few other things that even she was interested in getting. I never once claimed it to be mine by any means.

With a history of 1/2 my life customizing, modifying, tuning cars, trucks and bikes, I never thought this would happen. I understand her concern, but I didn't think it was gonna be like this. I'm a member of many forums of different vehicles and motorcycles. Worked for an online motorcycle magazine for a few years, and even frequent HEMItruckclub.com and do the same things on there. Pretty much cause I own one, and have been nominated as Kansas Chapter President.

But enough of that. I apologize publicly for putting my girlfriends vehicle on the internet, with the assumed intentions of being "all show." But... those of us in this hobby can realize that it is just that, and not just trying to be... "all show." If someone else could explain this to her, feel free... she's watching. I'm not doing a very good job of it apparently.

You're posting a picture of your girlfriend's RX350. That is no big deal. Now, if you wer posting pics of her Ferrari F430 maybe that might be fronting or "All Show" as she puts it. Anyway, too bad you couldn't leave the pics up. Whether it is her car or not, if it looked good

Anyway, if she is worried about vandalism or theft, I can sort of see he concern, but like you, I've been modifying cars for a while and have seen and posted many expensive cars with mods up before without any problems. Oh well. Can you at least mentioned the brand and size of wheels she got for those of us that missed it?

 

Since when do you need permission to post photos of a car? I can see an issue if there are people in the shot but a car? Not illegal. Nothing like being pwhipped.

Yes, always make them happy.....but some things have limits. Guys have to be guys. When I start a relationship, I tell the girl that 2 things are off limits....my car thing and sports. Don't bother me when I'm watching the game and don't bother me about the cars.

It might be her car but it's only pictures. What's up with that. Sounds like a ball buster. Not smart to post that your girl bosses you around.
