not too savvy on leasing/buyout terms & conditions but if i were to take over lease would the buyout be $50.9k after the lease or as it stands? if so would you know how much to buy after the lease ends?

So if you takeover my lease, your payments starting the first of every month would be exactly $649.50. The buyout as of TODAY is $50,438, which means if you wanted to buy it out at the moment. If you wanted to buy it out at the end of the lease it would be $50,438 minus the remaining payments until lease expires.

You are right, I apologize. Last month my payoff was $50.9k which means even though I paid another payment of $649.50, the payoff only reduced by around $460ish.
Too many "serious offer" falling through. Car is still available and incentive still stands! I also have fresh paperwork in hand and ready to be mailed out. Here are are more current pics!
