not too savvy on leasing/buyout terms & conditions but if i were to take over lease would the buyout be $50.9k after the lease or as it stands? if so would you know how much to buy after the lease ends?

I don't think it's a dollar for dollar reduction as the money factor represents financing and not everything goes to "principal"

Original sticker was for $74.2k. I can take a picture and PM it to you if you want.

Breakdown of the car is as follows: $62.4k MSRP plus options:
19" 10 spoke wheels: $850
Leather Interior: $800
Navigation with Mark Levinson Stereo: $2840
Special Paint: $595
Premium Package (Heated/Ventilated seats, LED Headlamps, Blind Spot, Park Assist): $4400

You are right, I apologize. Last month my payoff was $50.9k which means even though I paid another payment of $649.50, the payoff only reduced by around $460ish.
