Do you have a link. I would offer 27K and see what he says, I would try to get it for around 28K. You definitely want to do a test drive, thorough inspection, and take it to a trusted mechanic or Lexus dealer for a pre purchase inspection if it is a private sale.
My car was listed at $30k and I offered 27,500. Dealer came back at 28,500 and I shook hands. Probably could have gotten him lower but was happy with the car and price.
Besides the price, I would want to be super careful the car is free of any flooding evidence being that the car has been in Florida before now being sold in Georgia.
There were as many as 500,000 vehicles that were flood damaged throughout the Texas region and 150,000 vehicles likewise damaged in Florida this year. It's about time for many of these vehicles to hit the sales lots for unsuspected buyers to buy them at what they think is a great sale price. I feel sure a healthy percentage of those flood damaged vehicles never get their title properly branded as 'salvage' or 'flood'.
