Default Q about break pads

hey guys
I have Lexus GS350 2014 with 95K miles
I want to change break pads ceramic ,,,and I don't know what best brand for it ?
other question I have to change rotor when I instill ceramic pads ?

any suggestion ?

you can order a set of akebono on advanced auto parts for 50 dollars (using a discount code). I have been using these pads on all my cars.
