It's the fuse panel directly above the passengers feet. You misread, I haven't taken anything apart at all, just checked fuses so I assume I put a fuse back in the wrong spot.

I would just grab another 3GR and be done with it. If you were swapping in a V8 or 2J that would be different but this car is meant to be driven slow and comfy, its not worth the small bump in power...

Small update. Installed Nokya yellow fog bulbs, new hood/trunk struts and swapped every bulb in the car to white LED's. Also replaced the missing E-brake pedal. Great improvement all around.

Yeah, ask nicely or find a place that offers a free diagnostic. Just get it up there and if the leak isn't obvious, start spraying soapy water at the pipes until you see bubbling.
