These will fit no problem, had wheels from last gen IS with same exact spects on my GS. Tires are just smaller than original size, would need 225/45/18 on the front and 255/40/18 on the rears for it...

If you're willing to spend a "little" more, look up the Tesla style head-unit for the ES350. Had one in my GS, best decision I ever made for the car.
