I wanted to order an extra seat belt part, and make a sort of short leash. On end to attach to my small dogs collar, about 8 inches of slack, then the part that locks into the middle seatbelt.

I have done the searches and found that the actuator may need to be replaced. No one ever followed through with how it was fixed, cost, etc.

Have you switched out the bulbs at any point? There is a big white colored plastic piece that comes off the back of the head light. This is where you access the bulb from. You leak is probably coming...
