yea i believe et20 is the offset....yes they will fit, but you will have to roll fenders which you are already taking care of. So you should be fine.

you wouldnt NEED to get ride of fender lining....i have 19x8.5 with 24 and it barely rubs....but i will probably get rid of it haha :p

i have the same offsets and i have 245/35 for 8.5 in front and 275/35 with 10s in back and its pretty flush.
