235/35/19 Front and 265/30/19 rear. I suggest BFG KDW's they will give you a mild stretch which will go well with your suspension setup.

The offset would matter because of where the wheel would sit, with +18 a 265 should suffice, if you had like a +42 you could run 305.

I think the fitment at the front will be too aggresive, even the rears will be a little aggresive and you will need to run negative camber and stretched tires.

335's? that's overkill for a 10" width and no stock body supras can fit 335's on top of that +20 offset will poke a little, you will need to run a minor stretch for it to fit the fender properly....

Oh ok ride height will be adjusted if necessary and camber will be corrected to sit more positive but that depends on drop. Not looking to tuck under fender per say. I know LRD had 20x12 at one point...
