Did you pull out any of the really short 14mm bolts around the case of the transmission? The little springs go inside those holes. There shouldn't be little springs under the inspection plate.

It's not in my GS but I have a CD009 mated to a UZ. I have a flywheel from 1uzfeswapkit.com that has been drilled to use an SR20 pressure plate and clutch. Otherwise just use a 3sgte pressure plate...

225 45s all around I think. I have lowered it 3" on tein comfortsports since those pictures. Fronts rub on the inner fender liner around hard corners but the rears clear with plenty of space.

Is there any oil or coolant down in the plug valley? The heater hose at the back of my engine was leaking into the plug valley and caused misfires once.

Check the caster arm bushings. If they're bad, not only will they make your car unstable, but they'll also prematurely kill your ball joints. If those are good then take it back to the alignment...

Figs or Battle Version are all I would personally use. I have the Battle Version solid metal bushings and they have added zero harshness or vibration to the wheel.
