That's not true. Any Toyota/Lexus part installed at a Toyota/Lexus dealer carries a 1 yr unlimited mileage parts warranty. Covers the part and labor.

Well you can technically. You would just have to have Techstream and an engineering degree to do it. =) You can get piggyback systems to custom tune the GS though.

Scan Gauge would work too. I have one that get's passed from vehicle of mine and it's a nice piece. Just don't leave it up to the factory idiot lights and gauges. =)
