I hate spacers, it's the reason why I got low offset wheels in the first place. What if I ran a 18x10.5" +22? My fronts have some curb'age and clearcoat issues anyways, so I wouldn't mind ditching...

The rear will poke out maybe 1/2" at most. What size tires are you going to install? Why stock height? I wouldn't install those wheels until I was lowered.

Yes, you will need another set of plastic hub rings. Search on ebay for 66.1 to 60.1 hub rings. They're typically $5.00 or so for an entire set. They slip right over the hub ring on your spacers.
