Although, I am not sure how it would affect turn in, you should be able to run 17x9.75 all around. And, depending how low you are, with this setup fenders would need to be rolled all around....

That 10" wheel will be able to take any one of those tire sizes. Depending on how low you are, you will need to roll your fenders the wider the tires you go.

depends on the diameter. 255/40/R18 is the stock IS350 rear wheel tire and I think that's tall, so a 45 series is 5% taller. I'm running 255/35/R18 in the rear and that's plenty tall enough for me.
