offset doesn't determine clearance for brakes. It depends on the face and type. (Low, med, high disk face). If I remember correctly the xxr521 do clear. But I don't remember them coming in a 10.5...

If you completely roll them flat or shave your fenders then u can get away with not doing a pull. I would recommend a 255/35 or a 265/35. Both will give u a stretch look

if you can find a set of wheels with a +25 offset all around then you should be sitting pretty flush with the fenders. same goes with the 10.5 inch wheel as well. if you get an offset lower than +22...

Only at stock height you can run this setup without rolling your fenders. But since u want to go lower u will Need to roll them. My advice to you is get the wheels, rent a roller from a racing shop....

That should be perfect. Just remember you will still need to roll your fenders. I run the same exact tire in the rear. Here is what mine looks like with a 255/35 on a 10" wide wheel. +25 offset

If the offset is a +40 then u will need a 15mm spacer for it to sit flush. You can use a 20mm but u will need to make sure that you either roll the fenders completely flat or shave them
