I too have the varex and did not have any issue...

I too have the varex and did not have any issue with the cross members..

I do have the leak issue at the exhaust manifolds tho. I tried stock and aftermarket gaskets with no luck..

Did you disconnect the battery before doing the work? You may have blown the brake switch relay..

edit: NM - the car would not even start if it was brake switch.

I know that the RR Tune disables the CEL associated with catalytic function, but all other O2 related CELs remain active. For example, I had a pretty bad exhaust leak at the header/exhaust connection...

Nice - looks like you relocated the O2 sensor downstream of the cats.

Any stink with the cats in place? Primary reason for me adding them is I could not put up with the strong smell.

I had shop replace and retorque mine - clicking sound is still there for me tho. I need to go to dealer.
