If weight is your concern then get 17 or 18" wheels. The RWs are the lightest wheel for this platform at 22 pounds/24 with trim ring. I have the 17" RWs and 10-ply/E-load LT285/70/17 (Defender LTX)...

You can get rid of the little aero flaps under the front bumper (takes only a few minutes) and trim the rear mudflaps flush with the bumper. They're too low. :)
