The ones I got specifically were 51mm in and 101mm out.

I ended up going to a shop to get the tint off. They wet sanded it and polished it with a DA polisher so it looks more or less OEM just much glossier and has a deeper color than the OEM look....

My rears sit perfectly flush, with no spacers.

If you are on springs, you should be good with 15-20mm in the front.

Just get the parts and take it to a shop to do. You can look on ebay for the calipers like E46CT suggested.
Rebuilt ones are way cheaper than brand new. The 2IS 350 front brake calipers are the same...
