I would take it back & ask them to recheck.
It does take a few minutes to remove the old weights first as the adhesive is pretty tough. Always start with a bare wheel & balance as needed.

First guess would be electric fuel pump.Don't know the age of your car but over time they occasionally need replacing. Older model cars would have a sock around the fuel pump as a primary filter....
