IIRC...Energy suspension sells inner rear lower control arm bushings and Moog sells the rear side bushing... however it is cheap enough and less labor intensive to buy a used or aftermarket control...

the 2001 rear valve cover is the version 2 cover...its an improvement over the push-in style pcv. If you want an improvement over your existing cover, you want the version 3 style aka RX330 valve...

The procedure outlined is a full drain and replacement. If you do a full drain, replace with water or coolant, then drain again before your final fill..that would be a flush.

Actually FCS has quick struts for the RX300 for sometime now. Rock Auto has them. Pretty decent reviews on Amazon for the quick struts for other applications but no reviews for the RX300...
