My guess is that he means the exclusive leather luggage set for the back seat which might have been only available in Europe to my knowledge.

Maybe. I was told that the Pebble Beach Edition, which I own, came from the factory with a fitted set of luggage. The implication being that country of destination could be anywhere. Of course, my source might be wrong.

There was Pebble Beach luggage for the SC430. Good luck on your hunt, it's hard to find sometimes!
