Seize

I have a stock Lexus SC430 rear bumper - It's black, it has a few nicks and scratches. If I were to rate it's condition from 1-10, I'd give it a 7.5-8. I'm sure that if you were to bring it to any competent body shop, with minimal effort, they'd be able to take care of the nicks and scratches for you.
