VCS reset and returns when car moves

VCS reset and returns when car moves
When it rains it pours.
CEL came on and I used my code reader to find out that I have a P0125 code. As expected the VSC AND VSC OFF lights came on. I used the reset tool that I got from a link on this Board and the lights went out. As soon as the car begins to move either forward or backward, both come back on. Shut the car off and restart the lights are off. Put it in gear they are still off. Begin to move and they come back on.
Any help is appreciated.

of course the warning lights will stay on. That is the design. Fix your DTC first.
