Hi everyone, while driving reel fast, heard and felt a hit from bellow and sparks were flying back😱see pic bellow. Local dealer took it off and does not think it part of my car…what do you think? Also, i noticed a missing part but I do not know its name for searching on line, can you kindly advise? Thanks!!!

My guess is the metal part is road trash. Drivers side. Just behind your "Downstream O2 Sensor"B1 S2. I would definately inspect any exposed wiring while I was looking.
The missing part I believe you are circling is called a "Spats" and is actually part of the front engine cover. It doesn't seem far fetched that the metal scrap could have ripped it off. If you live near by, I personally would go back and see if I could find it. The front engine cover actually attaches to both the front bumper and both fenders. If severely damaged will run you $150 to $350 new. Parts search at the wrecking yard can save you a TON of money. The Spats is meant as an airflow guide reducing under car turbulence affecting performance and gas mileage. Sorry to hear it but it could have been worse. A few more inches could have sliced your tire and that as they say would have been that.
Unfortunately the fun doesn't stop there. The pipe looking thing (front suspension member brace) that the metal is wrapped around is a chassis stiffener. It "may" be bent. Hard to say from the pics. But, they connect to and stiffen the entire front chassis of the car. I assure you. You want that replaced too if they are. Both if the other is messed up. Lots of things going on under there. Have fun. Stay safe.

Wow Paul, thank you so very much for the detailed reply! Perhaps you know if this is the part I need?

That part does NOT look familiar to me. I would take my phone out to my car and grab some pictures of the one on the opposit side. The spat is heavy duty PCV that is curved slightly and nothing but a right angle shape. Best I could describe. No clips. Its screwed into the front engine cover.

@Duk
it appears you need 53852-24010 or 53852 in this link.
I agree with Paul that you hit some road debris and that metal plate does not belong on your car.
