New Denso Radiator Leaking
Regarding the proclivity for SC430's to blow radiators...I wonder if something is causing the SC cooling systems to over-pressurize? If I was blowing radiators repeatedly, I would put a pressure gauge on the system to see if the pressure was within spec at full operating temperature. A bad thermostat can cause this, but the condition would be coupled with a high operating temp, and at least one poster said his temps were normal.
if you believe your cooling system is over pressurized you might want to check or replace the radiator cap.
Yes, Home Depo sells a whole host of foam weatherstripping that can be adopted. Bring a piece to the store to match up the dimensions and density to the OEM.
