My shift **** has seen better days. It looks like you can get an OEM one on ebay for around $100 in "good" condition, but I'm wondering if anyone has upgraded. Either to an OEM Lexus **** from a newer Lexus or something custom? I'm interested in keeping the matching wood, mine is Birds Eye Maple.

I wish I had the skill set to refinish mine, but I'm absolute garbage at woodworking. Is there anywhere you could send a shift **** and have them refinish it like new in the same color?

 

You might try a furniture restorer, they have to deal with fixing/repairing old/antique furniture and know the tricks to get the wood to match.
