Techstream

there is two chips in the market now for techstream, FT232RL and FT232RQ.
anybody knows which one fit 2002 sc430?
ty.

First, there is no "chip" for TechStream. TechStream is a program not a device. The chips you mention are USB interface chips and I have no idea which chip is used in what cable.
