Default 2002 sc430 navigation panel cover

I got this car a month ago and first couple times the navigation screen cover opened and closed without a problem. But yesterday when I tried to close it it did not work at the beginning and strangely after I gave up on it next time I started the car the panel was closed but refused to open. I tried to push open button and hold it, start with close button and switched to open. No result. I ended up pushing the cover by hand. That is where it seats now. However, even though it is not a big deal, I want to try to get it to work and my question is, could it be something simple like a blown up fuse. The rest of the buttons on the control panel work just fine including the trim. Only tro buttons that are not responding are open and close. Thank you.

Could be a fuse but doubt it because it worked intermittently. More than likely one of the motors controlling the door movement. There are threads covering this exact topic. Here’s the link to the most relevant one: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc4...oor-motor.html
