Will this size wheel clear...?

Front: 19x10 +11 4 inch step lip low disk

Would this size wheel clear the front calipers on a 2008 SC430?

....not sure of the caliper, because of the offset.......you may have inner fender rub also, if you haven't changed the front shocks also
