I cut the Cargo Carpet Mat that you are referring to today to match the cutout of part #64711-24171-B0 w/o run flat floor cover. Bgw70 did the same thing with his Cargo Carpet Mat.

Since I bought the entire kit minus the spare tire, I placed my old one in the attic so I can restore to original if I get crazy and decide to remove the spare.

Setback update. Had a e-mail from megazip this morning when I powered up the laptop. They are out of stock on part: 64771-24043-B0 (Tire cover) and are looking at 3-4 weeks before they have them back in stock and wanted to know if I wanted to wait. I said yes I was willing to wait however I was not sure per their e-mail if they had 1 in stock as I ordered 2 and I believe the e-mail indicated they were short 1? Anyway willing to wait as we are not going to VA until 8 May anyway so I have time to wait. What does brother me and I am waiting to hear is that they have already charged my CC the $307 for the order and are they expecting to keep my money for 5-6 weeks before my items ship? I expect a answer will be waiting on me in the morning when I get up.

Update: Yes they have 1 tire cover in stock. I am now waiting to hear if they are going to ship the 1 tire cover and the rest of the order now or if I have to wait for 3-4 weeks?

That is what I did I was trying to be nice. That U Seal Edge 04 Gray that I ordered came in today. It works greats on the edge that I cut out making the son's 64711-24171-B0 floor mate with mine as a pattern. I even used it on the edge of the Cargo Carpet Mat that I cut. It really finishes it off nicely. I put it on the edges of the back panel that Bgw70 and I cut out to fit over the bracket really finished it nicely.

Megazip is shipping the first order this week which is everything except the 2nd tire cover. They will ship the second tire cover in 3-4 weeks when they get it.

Update most of the 2nd spare tire conversion kit has arrived in Chicago and is now in customs. The Spare tire covers will not arrive until hopefully the 3rd week of March. It turns out that Megazip did not have either tire cover in stock.

No I never ordered a cover for myself. I thought Linda was going to make a custom one but after looking at it she said "I don't think so" buy one. So I ordered one for me and one for Steve along with all the others parts to do Steve's conversion. All my original order from Megazip was the bracket. The rest of the items I had either bought off e-bay or got through Lexus of Tulsa. Megazip was way way cheaper even with shipping. I already have the new Lexus SC 430 rim. I bought 2 of those new off e-bay. Steve will order a Yokonama T145/70D 17 tire from Tire Rack like I did and have it waiting in VA when we get there. When the current Megazip order get's here I will have all the parts for Steve's 2005 except the cover which should arrive around the end of March. We are not going to VA until Mid May so I have time.

All the parts for the 2nd conversion kit arrived today from Megazip except the 2 tire covers I order which should ship in about 2 weeks I hope.

The 2 spare tire covers shipped from Japan yesterday. Hopefully they will arrive by Friday. Then both kits will be complete and I will have all the conversion parts to complete the son's 2005 SC conversion in May when we visit.

Final Update

The 2 spare tire covers arrived from Japan today and mine is in place. This project is now completed. I also now have all the parts to do the Son's 2005 SC spare tire conversion. Thanks to everyone especially Bgw70 who's pictures and support made this project so much easier than I thought it was going to be.
