Actually on my SC I used a different type, back when I installed my Lexus Puddle lights, the current design was not available, so I did not have issues.

My drop in puddles lights for my IS and RX, I have no issues. Maybe this supplier has a defective product. You are not the only one who has complained. Try to rotate it, I read a another post where it got corrected by a slight rotation, worth a try. Post a pic if you can.

It's not the product defect, it's the SC light socket design. You will have to disassemble the light, flip it 45 degree downward and reassemble it. You also have to shave the socket opening a little bit. It works.

I think we have a different product (note image difference)...the one I have is filxed at approximately 45 degrees and the light projection is catching the lower door panel and blocking the top of the L...if it could be moved up a fraction of an inch it would work but there’s no way to move the projection tube up or down

What logo light did you buy GmanSC and specifically where from. The type and place probably make a difference with the adjustable light.

i ordered these a while back and had the same problem as you. Since it was Amazon, I was able to return them.

maybe GmanSC will show us what kind he ordered and how they adjust.

I believe this is what I ordered. Not 100% sure (it has been 3 years, I could not find the record on Amazon?)
https://www.amazon.com/Klinee-Installation-Projector-Shadow-Welcome/dp/B07G4Q9PZ8/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1539454028&sr=8-8&keywords=lexus+logo+light https://www.amazon.com/Klinee-Installation-Projector-Shadow-Welcome/dp/B07G4Q9PZ8/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1539454028&sr=8-8&keywords=lexus+logo+light

If you order this one, you will have the same issue, unless you modify it. Here is what to do:
1. Pry off the plastic cover.
2. Unscrew the screw that hold the lense in place.
3. Realign the lense to outward angle. Be careful, the wires are fragile.
4. Replace the screw then snap the plastic cover back in.
5. Shave the plastic opening of the light socket, enough to clear the interference made by realigned lense.

Before you run off and order these, take the above steps with your current lights. I think they're all the same. Hope this help.

Update: it bothered me that one bulb was perfect and other was off centered vertically ... contacted company and they sent a free replacement and worked perfectly... so remember these lights can be adjusted side to side but not up and down....and they’re cheap and obviously some are defective..
