Not Brian (obviously), but if you start around post #25 (from Brian) in the thread linked below, I think you might get a good idea.

My own replacement covers from lseat are due to arrive tomorrow - assuming UPS stays on track. The write-ups in the thread are great stuff.

Just remove the front headrest and look at the bottom…they just come apart…you will see.
