Yes, it literally takes 30-60 seconds. Remove the old lens, stick our new lens in its place.

Lens replacement
Do you have or could you provide a video of this process to show us how easy it really is? Thank you.

Great vid. thanks. The vid stops at removal. I assume that you would clean up the unit from glue left behind with some adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol?
Also, why is the screen so expensive? It looks like the LCD panel replacement is only $10 more.Am i missing something?

The alternative is a $340 front panel from Lexus.
There is no other solution unless you want to cut a piece of thin plastic out from the hardware store.
We spent quite a bit of time, money and resources in developing and making the screen with the anti-glare coating and buying a significant quantity up front (in the thousands) so our manufacturer would even consider producing it so the price is what it is. If someone wants to figure out how to make one and sell it for cheaper then by all means go for it.

Tanin Cluster after 1200 miles
I am very pleased with the Tanin replacement cluster on my '02.
It is much brighter than the old one, is accurate within the limits of measurement compared to the old one which was probably sketchy anyway, and is a visual improvement for daylight and nighttime driving. Moreover it allowed me to pass the smog test - the check engine light was out on the original cluster which is a failure condition. It was easy to install.
I just wonder if the old one I sent in was FUBeyondRepair?

Please send us a PM with your first and last name, so we can look up your order details and find notes on your original cluster for you
