Default SC430 LSx Engine Swap... what would it take?

So.... drafting up "Frankencar" is getting fun, finding lots of ways to shave off weight from the SC430 (2003) and.... well, there's not much in the way of bolt on engine mods.... rather than fight the current, what would it take to drop an LS Chevy engine in? Anyone seen this done with the SC430 / LS430?

Only if you don't want to be able to drive very far. This car weighs close to 4000 lbs and top will be drawing on that battery too.
