Went to the Lexus site you mentioned, some good news!!
Timing belt @ 60K
Air bag inflator @ 80k (is this the recall you mentioned?)
Brakes @ 50k...
along with other service and repairs mentioned.
Now on to the search regarding fixing the speakers.

here is a complete kit or just a single kit. I have used both kits, both the same quality as far as I am concerned.

2008 SC430 55,000 miles
2008 SC430 Silver. Ultra clean. 55K miles. Had a fender bender on car fax. Car doesn’t have run flats but some cheap tires dealer through on. $20,250.

Look in the stickies on the best way to search...we made a little step by step.
the speakers are fine and you can repair the speakers cheap and easy. I recommend it.
you can also look up the history of the car on the Lexus website...there will be history if it was serviced by a Lexus dealer.
also, don’t forget about the airbag recall

You have to take the WP off to get to the TB so you might just as well put a new one on and be done with it.

WP is cheap, the labor cost to install it is far more expensive. Beside, if the WP fails, your TB might break, and your pistons will collide with your valves.
Bottom line, do the WP when you do the TB.
The water pump comes with the TB kit, so no decision have to be made here.

Pulled The Trigger on a 2006
We picked up a 2006 last week with 60,552 miles on it for $15,000. It had a new Water Pump and Timing Belt along with 4 new Pirelli Run Flat tires installed in the last 1,259 miles.
