Default James Oliver's SC430 Build Thread

Hi everyone,

Been on CL for a while but I'm just a lurker. LOL
Anyway, I decided to share my project with you guys.
Hope you guys like it.

Here's when I first got her.

Side shot

Right about after 4-5 Months of driving her bone stock and enjoying her, I decided to go all out and start modding her.
Here are the progress:

First got Air Management from AirREX.

I had my Megan custom made shortened struts and reinforced it thanks to Johnny On!

Johnny On also contacted UAS and had me made a custom top hat spacer for any rubbing issues.

Got my wheels Weds Kranze Chrishna 19x10.5 19x11.5 (it's for sale btw) LOL

After getting my parts in, it's time to install them right.. I took the car over at the good folks in Buena Park, CA Buddha Concept Designs to do all the installs
Here is a pic of it installed.

After all that, I wasn't still satisfied with what it look like.. So the guys over at Buddha talked me out and gave me an idea to do a wide body and just F it and go all out.
At first, I was kind of hesitating because of money issue, we all know how much those will cost. I told them let me leave the car here overnight and let me sleep on it and think about it.
Next morning, I went back over to Buddha Concept and we discussed it again. They started showing me pictures and I was like.. you know what F it let's do it.

So then... The wide body progress starts..

The cutting of fenders started.

25mm spacers added all around

closer look of the metal fenders

another shot of the fenders

here's an overall look of it.

After doing all the fenders, now it's time to decide for the body kit.
I decided to go with Mode Parfume Front Bumper + Side Skirts and we just modified the rear bumper and added a Corvette Z6 diffuser.
I didn't want to wait for the shipping of the Mode Parfume bumper for the SC430, so I decided to pick up my friends Mode Parfume Front Bumper for his LS400(UCF20) to retrofit to my SC430

Mode Parfume Kit from LS400 retrofitted for my SC430

Here's the side skirts Mode Parfume for SC430

I also upgraded the tail lights to 08-09 and also asked Buddha to make me a custom all metal duck bill wing.
