2003 sc430 hardtop reset open and close
When I was opening my hardtop I accidentally stopped, and now the top is not opening and closing correctly. When it opens the windows come up, and it is hard to close. The back windows are not completely closed. Everything was fine until I accidentally stopped opening. Is there a reset?

Stopping in the middle shouldn't have caused any problems. A lot of us do that to clean the back windows. Kind of a SOP for that, in fact.
JohnnyCake is right, disconnecting the battery is about the only reset (other than sequence codes, kind of a secret handshake). You'd think that Microsoft designed this car from that aspect, sadly.

Agreed. I was going to say that, but my dad always yelled at me to just answer the question asked! 
Since the OP has not posted again, my guess is that everything is fine and, like you said,, stopping in the middle had nothing to do with anything.
