No relearn it has to be adjusted with scan tool to about 14% throttle opening. So hook up scan tool find throttle % adjust the tips to about 14%

What does "relearn" or throttle adjustment do? Just wondering. Never heard of it. Can this be changed to increase performance?

It's my understanding that if the tps sensor is changed or the throttlebody is removed or replaced. The Ecu has to relearn the actual throttle plate position.

The TPS has to be adjusted to about 14% throttle opening. So using a scanner that can read throttle % adjust the sensor till it reads 14% then tighten the screws. If that does't work try turning the key on and off about 50 times without starting the car. If that doesn't work maybe you have bad fuel or bad pump if the car does' idle.
