Hopefully after it's fixed and rebalanced you'll have smooth running.

 

...I third this...recently I put new tires on the front of my car & it rode fine at low speeds,headed to the highway. When I gave the car gas, to enter highway, it began to shake like crazy. I called the tire shop & they told me to bring it back & try a rebalance. The hubring had come off when they balanced the wheels & it was still on machine when they went to redo them

 

I have hub rings on my rims but they're plastic I may convert over to metal ones
But in the meantime I'm going to mount that bad rim in the rear
