Maybe the previous owner had a preset in the memory buttons. Try all six preset buttons.

Try the FM Button and the CD Button. You are looking for the “AUX” to show up on the screen.

If it's a VAIS SLU, it'll be "Aux" that's accessed by pressing the FM button several times (It'll go FM1, AUX (this is Aux 1...but just says "AUX"), then FM2, then AUX (this is Aux 2, but still just says "AUX").

So I finally got a chance to pop open the center console, a isimple device was installed and everything looked connected however I notice that they was a fuse intact and maybe it went out and that's the hoax, will report when I replace it

Props to LexBrett and BGW70 for correct diagnosis based on just seeing a standard audio connector!

Replaced the fuse but unfortunately still doesn't work will take it to a car audio center in the upcoming days, thanks to everybody's input!!

Please look back at post 15 and comment. An alternate freq is listed along with the manual for your iSimple device.

Did you make sure the iSimple power switch is on?
Did you plug a phone into the iSimple USB connector to see if it has power?
If you own a multimeter you could check voltage at the fuse. Harbor Freight sells them for $5.
