Line Level Converters - help needed

I'm installing a 5 channel amp with built-in line level (Hertz HDP5). Which wires do I want to use? If I use the outputs on the amp....won't I get signal levels which are crossed over and not full signal?

I used the PAC LOC7Pro and took signal from the stock subwoofer. LOC7Pro has an adjustable gain. Pretty handy.
