If you have been dealing with Performance Lexus in Cincinnati, there shop is very poor at service. I USED to have my SC430 and IS350C serviced there. They failed me MANY times. I finally gave up on them.

For what it is worth.........If you are in the Cincinnati area, I cannot say enough good things about R&M Motors in Mason, OH. They specialize in Toyota/Lexus/VW/Audi vehicles (but will service all types). They changed my timing belt, pulleys, thermostat, spark plugs, water pump, and serpentine belt back in June 2013 for $420 labor only (I brought my own parts from Sewell Lexus online purchase).
