After accident, dash light won't turn off
 

I drove into an unmarked trench at dusk left by DPW in San Francisco and replaced both sides front shocks (ruptured) tie rods and control arms (all). Dealer called to say it was ready then called back to say that after a test drive light showing a skidding car comes on unless skid control is switched off. What's the fix? So far the bill is around $2500.
