Just took apart the speedometer
and there isnt any bulbs to change out to make it brighter.. i saw someone else say this in another thread but I had to see for myself.. a very very sad day. I am thinking about finding one at junk yard and tearing that apart without any fear of messing it up. has anyone successfully converted their speedometer to LED bulbs?

The long plastic above split into 2 pieces. Must be the packaging from Japan.

If you get a new gauge cluster I got a Installer that will do any combo led you want. I also do it myself if I have time. Just pm me and I will be glad to help out. Might be able to salvage the cluster you have if you didn't do anything to bad to it
