Steve, I'm with m3nv, on the flooring in your garage. You don't see that on this side of the pond, at least not very often. Fantastic job, both on the coilovers and the writeup. Pictures were great. Now go hire Sherlock and find out when and who put that dent in the fender and make them pay! lol The last picture, you can't even notice the "giant" dent in the fender. lol Still love your wheels.
BTW why did it take all weekend to do? lol I know you had to let the paint dry. Now all you need are some decals on the calipers. Then wait for the next project to arrive.

Sorry to have to admit it, but that's my Son's garage.
I live in a 1930's house and if I put the SC in the garage, the only way I could get out would be with the roof down and climb over. Our roads and garages were made for Austin Seven's and they were about 4'6" wide!!!
My Son's house is fairly recent.
I really didn't notice the dent, as you say, can't see it in normal light.
It's going in for an alignment at the weekend and I am having it detailed in a few weeks so the dent can be done then.
Ed, it took all weekend 'cos I'm an old git' really and will take all week to recover.lol. Had thought about decals, but not sure!!!
Bring on the LuxLink.

Thanks for the comments. It was your install and reco for LS that inspired me to do it. He gave me a great deal and I used your tips, just added a few of my own.
I have left the settings at 7 as you have and it seems fine, but will play with it a bit at the weekend.
I think the car looks fabulous now, can't stop looking back at it.....
Thanks again for your help.

Yes, I saw your tip about the camber nut and marking through the shock hole on the rears and thanked you for them.
I loosened the nut, but the bolt would not shift easily, so rather than getting more involved I removed the camber bolt. Camber has got to be adjusted so doesn't really matter if it's out slightly. In fact, my camber is so negative now I could have positioned the bolt half a turn out and it wouldn't have mattered.

First and foremost, the floor looks fantastic.
Secondly this is an awesome DIY. Thanks a lot for putting in the time. Seeing this gives me ideas...will get me in trouble, LOL.
Really gives the ride a better look and I am sure the handling is 100x better.
Great job.

When I finished I cut a 5" hole in the trunk liner then covered it with a 6 inch cork pot plant coaster so that I can access the rear without removing the liner should i ever have to replace struts again. I doesn't look real good or real bad but removing and replacing the liner was the biggest PITA of the entire operation IMHP.
